PROCREATIVE DIGITAL IMAGING supply
digital product shots at very competitive prices, however please note the
following terms apply in order to offer our services.
Pricing information
All prices include a cutout to white* with an alpha channel/clipping mask
included within each image (except our web photographs which are shot on
a white background without a cutout) which enables you to use them
in most DTP software with a transparent background, or open in an application
such as Photoshop to montage or manipulate with other images.
Multiple prices are based on all shots sharing the same setup such as angle of view, lighting and background. Where there are multiple items within the same shot Group Shot prices exist to cover the extra composition and cutout work.
Standard prices are based on soft lighting provided by the use of diffused lighting using softboxes, any requests for other types of lighting are at extra cost*. We will however always endeavour to get the best lit shot so will tinker with lighting between shots if necessary. Products can be up to 70cm High by 90cm Wide.
For single or multiple shots sharing the same background we will e-mail an approval rough showing the angle of view and only basic lighting**. Once we have the go ahead we will shoot all shots with this angle. If there are several shots using different angles we will send approval shots as they are set up – obviously we need to shoot shots on an approved angle first before setting the next shot(s) up!
Once shots are finished we will upload them to our client only FTP server where clients may download in a variety of formats – typically low res in RGB, and high res in RGB and CMYK. We will also send a CD-Rom or DVD of these images to you.
* Products with complex soft edges such as textile, fur or hair may be subject to a surcharge at our hourly rates to cover the extra work to create cutouts. Due to the selective focus often apparent and lack of defined edges with Creative Photography shots it may not always be possible to offer a cutout within these images.
** Where a client is not available to approve this shot in a timely manner we will to agree a plan of action prior to the shoot as our studio is busy and we cannot keep items set up indefinitely awaiting approval.
Payment Schedule
Once you have approved your images by email, you will
receive an invoice. Full payment for first orders is due
prior to the release of high resolution images. This may be by Company Cheque,
BACS (Bank details on request), or our PayPal account if the project is of
an urgent nature (a surcharge applies to cover debit/credit card processing
costs).
Once full payment has been received we will release the high resolution images. Thereafter on completion of an account application form we are able to offer a 30 day account facility subject to approval. Payment should be made by Company Cheque or BACS.
On all orders with a value over £250, a 50% deposit will be required
prior to commencing photography. An invoice for the amount will be sent via
email with payment instructions.
